We are seeking a HR Administrator on behalf of our prestigious legal client on a temporary/contract basis. .
To respond to Manager and Associate queries and provide services to meet their needs within pre-agreed service levels.

To provide administrative support in the delivery of Human Resource services including recruitment, onboarding and the employee lifecycle within pre-agreed service levels.

Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness and effective communication.

Assist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver products and services to meet Integreon business needs.

Identify and implement process improvements that maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

To effectively respond to queries from internal HR team, Associates and Managers as well as client requests within pre-agreed service levels, with the support of clear information and processes.

To be responsible for all administrative activities associated with the following HR processes:
- Contractual changes: e.g. change of terms documentation
- Joiners/On-boarding of client and other third party starters.
- References, visa support, contract changes (flexible working), promotion and salary review, probationary periods and leavers administration
- Benefit enrollment and administration through Orbit (Benefit system) in collaboration with the Benefits and Rewards Manager
- Working with internal systems support in producing MI data, (e.g. headcount, KPI’s)

The administrative activities include, but are not limited to, updating the HR database (PeopleSoft,) promptly and accurately to ensure the data is complete, drafting and producing documentation (such as letters, emails, forms); and filing documentation in the relevant personal files.

In addition to your administrative responsibilities you will also be expected to;
- Respond to enquiries from employees and external parties, escalating non-standard situations and difficult cases to a relevant member of the HR/ Recruitment team.
- Participate in HR projects as and when required.
- Contribute to process improvements to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide effective cover for all other HR Administrators during periods of absence or heavy workload.

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative but within a team environment
- PC skills: Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel. V-look up skills desirable.
- Good understanding of key legal requirements relating to legislation, in particular with regard to discrimination and immigration.

Experience of working within a professional services environment.
