This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, dynamic company. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to further strengthen their team based in Barnsley.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the department with all HR administration duties. This is a hands-on position in a busy department which offers the future opportunity to be involved in projects subject to your experience or qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Working in the HR Department providing assistance to the HR Manager
- HR administration, issuing offer letters, contracts and reference requests
- Recording holiday, sickness and other absences to ensure accurate information is available to employees and managers
- Maintenance of personnel files and updating HRIS
- Maintain and update training records including scheduling courses
- Resolving ad hoc queries such as holidays, sickness and salary queries
- Analysis of clocking in records to enable accurate payroll
- Assisting with the recruitment process including scheduling interviews
- General office duties and organising company events.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Administrator with strong communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy and display a high level of customer service and professionalism.
You will have strong skills in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel. Experience of working with HR Information Systems would be desirable.
