They are looking for a highly-organized HR Administrator who will report to and support activities of their internal recruiter. Responsibilities will include screening, testing, interviewing and selecting candidates. They are a disruptive company and encourage all their teams to be creative, and experiment. As one of their brand ambassadors, they will teach you everything you need to know, to ensure incoming candidates are truly appreciative of the opportunities before them.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the full life cycle of recruiting, from planning, sourcing and assessing through to offering and on boarding
- Shortlisting all candidates via telephone screenings, face to face interviews and administering other testing (psychometric and skills based) to adjudicate suitability
- Ensuring every candidate has a consistent and positive journey from initial contact to their first day with them
- Source and screen qualified candidates, leveraging Internet Job Boards, employee referrals, internet search engines and direct cold calling.
- Screening qualified candidates
- Compiling detailed job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers to promote their mission and vision
- Checking references, conduct background checks, make offers and negotiate as necessary
- Providing accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities
- Assist in the on-boarding of new employees
- Assist senior managers with appraisals and documentation

Experience:
- A minimum of 18 months recruiting experience in an in-house/ agency environment with demonstrated successes.
- Experience in a broad spectrum of recruiting is ideal. This includes sales, finance, production operatives, customer services and marketing amongst others.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a CIPD qualification; however exceptional experience will be considered.
- Knowledge and experience with visas, travel documents, licenses, and background check processes.
- Knowledge and awareness of effective recruitment techniques, global market trends and bulk hiring.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This includes Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
