HR Administrator
Location: Bristol
Hours: Part time (30 hours per week)
Salary: £20,000 (pro-rata)

The Company is a leading and growing provider of services for individuals with learning difficulties and mental health issues, offering accommodation based support to adults who need support to enable them to live in their own homes and access the community.

Due to business growth the Company is looking to recruit a part time HR Administrator to support with all areas of HR activity.

Within this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all HR queries and will be responsible for general HR administrative duties. Working closely with our third party HR consultants, ensuring the relevant information is shared so that the appropriate support can be provided.

Your day-to-day duties will include planning and arranging meetings, maintaining the Company’s HR software, creating monthly reports, managing starters and leavers documentation, assisting with recruitment campaigns and inductions programs, acting as note taker at a variety of formal meetings and supporting with all other administrative requirements.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will have previous experience working in an administrative role within a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment. Your administration skills will be excellent and you will thrive when working under pressure. You'll be an extremely organised professional, be self-motivated with a positive outlook and demonstrate drive and determination to deliver results.

Qualifications and Experience required for this role:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably within the care sector or other heavily regulated industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding and use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of note taking in a variety of HR led meetings
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
