Due to continued company growth this company are currently recruiting for reliable and motivated individuals to add to their team. Mainly working alone in the community to provide a service for our clients, you will enable them to live in their own homes, as independently as possible. Care is provided 365 days a year, including Christmas and New Year.
Care duties will include: assisting the client with personal care, bathing, cooking or heating of meals, administering medication, shopping, light cleaning, laundry, social calls.
It is important that the successful candidates have an excellent sense of initiative, as you will need to report any concerns or changes on your service users health and wellbeing, to your manager. You are supported by a management team who are available at all times, on the telephone, but this is mainly a lone worker position. It is essential that you have previous care experience (this can be through employment or life experience)
- Hours of work - A variety of day and evening work is available, all applicants are required to work alternate weekends, which may involve working am and pm, or one day every weekend. There will also be additional hours available for holiday and sickness cover. Please indicate in your application when you are available to work.
- Excellent rates of pay - £8.50 Weekdays, £10.00 Weekends and £17.00 BH's
- 5.6 weeks Annual Leave entitlement.
