They are now looking for a 'Tailor-made Holiday Specialist' to join their team to deliver a first rate sales service to customers. They use direct experience and a passion for travel to sell their holidays.
Their team delivers sales through the provision of world-class customer service, and an affable approach to conversation with enquirers, which is focused on generating a rapport capable of establishing and developing strong customer loyalty.
As a Holiday Specialist you will act as the first point of contact for all telephone, email and letter enquiries, dealing with each one professionally and courteously.
The Role:
- Keeping up to date with the products in order to convey that knowledge when discussing a customer’s holiday
- Assisting in the development and enhancement of new holiday destinations, optimisation of existing destinations and provision of service to the customer
- Achievement of sales targets by handling inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
- Engaging with the call to provide a great customer experience and maximising the conversion of sales calls into sales
- Timely and accurate processing of quotes and customer itineraries
- Preparing bookings for the customer and making amendments to bookings when required
- Building on-going relationships with customers pre-departure, delivering a 5* service
- Conduct out-bound calling and responding to email enquiries to ensure customers have all the information they require to make informed decisions on their holiday
- Book all UK rail and hotel requirements
- Carry out mobility checks to ensure the customers mobility expectations are met where possible
- Liaise with suppliers as and when required
The person:

The Package:
- OTE circa £25,000 - £30,000 (earnings potential).
- 37.5 hours per week as per a rota provided in advance.
- Evenings, weekends and bank holidays are included in shifts to be worked on a rota basis.
