HGV Class 2 Hiab (Lorry Mounted Crane) Driver Required
£33,000 per annum plus according to experience
Permanent position/Full time – Based in Barking
This long established medium sized haulage company based in Barking, Purfleet & Tilbury docks.
They are a Silver FORS registered company and their vehicles are fitted with full CCTV, sensors, left turn indicator and signage as required by CLOCS/FORS.
They have a long term contract with a timber company based in River road, Barking and require an experienced driver to handle all the self offload deliveries they have, delivering to various companies in London and Home Counties, although not all deliveries carried require self offload.
Drivers are very important to the success of the business, as you will be interacting with their customers daily and they are looking for a driver who wants to be recognised as someone who has the ability to meet their demanding expectations.
As a professional driver you will need to:
- Have good communication and customer relation skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to remain calm in a pressurised situation.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of Tachograph Regulations/Working Time Directive and Daily Walk-around checks to ensure DVSA compliance.
- Hold a current driver qualification card & certificate to operate a Lorry Mounted Crane.
