This is an award winning team supporting well known retail brands across Europe. The role will mainly be English speaking, but you will be called upon to support stores in German speaking countries as required. Based in a busy open plan Nottingham city centre office, 40% of the Helpdesk team are bilingual, and can offer support in nine European languages.

What will they ask you to do?

Working with a team of experienced Analysts, you will be the first point of contact for the users of our Help Desk. Answering incoming calls and emails providing support to their high profile retail clients you will ensure all issues are followed through to resolution.

Working within an ITIL and ISO20000 environment you will be providing a first class professional and friendly service to ensure they continue to enhance their reputation and strive to be the best.

You will be provided with training and support every step of the way, and they can help you develop your career in IT.
