The position will require the candidate to manage a help desk over the weekend and weekday nights. Ideally, they are looking for candidates with excellent customer service backgrounds and/or call centres.
The roles will be broken into shifts between Monday - Sunday
They are looking for someone able to work in a lone working environment with the responsibility of self-management.
Typical duties:
- Dealing with a low number of calls professionally with first class customer service
- Responding to requests both verbally and electronically
- Data input
