- Fully qualified engineer with ACS and NVQ Level 3.
- At least 5 years experience since being qualified from college.
- Ability to fault find and repair, on heating and plumbing jobs.
- Knowledge of boilers, different central heating systems, UFH and general plumbing.
- Able to work alone and also a team player when needed.
- Excellent reliability and timekeeping is key.
- Experience of working in peoples homes.
- Good communications skills.
- Own tools required.
Self employed basis, working on an hourly rate per job. Opportunity to make additional money with materials.
Uncapped earning potential.
Opportunity to earn extra money on out of hours rota.
All work in South East London and North Kent. Some works in East London and South West.
Majority of work is in occupied dwellings in local areas of Lewisham.
