**IMMEDIATE START**
This rapidly growing healthcare company has an opening for a Care Coordinator to join their rapidly expanding team. Working from their Leeds head office

Initially this role will be for 13 weeks on a temporary basis and for the right candidate moving to a permanent position.
You will be responsible for providing an effective administration service and your duties will include:
- First point of contact for client and staff enquiries
- On Call allowance for evening and weekend duties
- Completing all rostering two weeks in advance and circulate this to all staff (using online rostering software)
- Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly service reports
- Preparing costing sheets according to customer requirements
- Managing sickness cover and holiday cover
- Ensuring the database is kept up to date at all times
- Previous experience of rostering, providing first class customer service and administration support combined with excellent organisation skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment will enable you to excel in this role. You will have high attention to detail, strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in achieving objectives.
This position is office based as well as home based for weekend shifts with on call allowance.
This role requires a person with exceptional organisation skills and with excellent telephone manner to deal with clients and staff in a friendly and helpful manner. It is equally important that the successful candidates have good computer skills and be familiar with rostering software. A previous role in this area is an advantage.
