This busy high street practice is changing the world of conveyancing by bringing an old industry into the modern world. By putting the client at the centre of all they do, they will deliver a highly transparent, performance focused service that will revolutionise the way in which conveyancing is seen in the UK.

They have a really exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Residential Conveyancing to manage and grow the Residential offerings for a legal practice with offices based in Sawbridgeworth and the head office in Watford, Hertfordshire. This post will be based in Watford with the requirement to attend their Sawbridgeworth office from time to time.

They Seek

The successful candidate will play an integral role heading the department and will be responsible for:
- The dynamic and profitable growth of the current Residential Conveyancing team;
- The management, supervision and development of the Residential Conveyancing team;
- Managing an interesting and complex caseload of property matters;
- Undertaking regulatory and compliance matters;
- Undertaking client relationship management;
- Undertaking the delivery of legal services in a timely manner and with proper regard for standards of professional service and client care.

You Have:
- 6 years of PQE experience.
- A reputation for delivery and a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and trust at all levels, and successfully lead change initiatives
- The ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team at all times
- A track record of updating the Firm with all regulatory and compliance matters
- A track record of managing staff and conducting performance reviews.
- An interest in using technology to improve the client experience.
