This company is looking for a customer focused, diligent, collaborative professional to take on the number one role for quality management. The purpose of the role will be to review the existing quality management systems, processes and certifications and advise the business on best practice systems and approaches.

The company is heavily regulated due to the industry in which it operates and as such, the ideal candidate will be experienced in navigating the plethora of accreditation bodies within the industry both in the UK and international and be able to successfully manage the required certifications. Key to this role is best practice processes.

You will be there to support the business identify key processes that add value to their end customer, ensure that the business is in the best position to review, document and improve those processes and continue supporting increasing the competency of their people who carry out those processes.

Key to this role is a collaborative approach. Quality is an integral part of this business and the ideal candidate will have a working style that will engage stakeholders to support the system development and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have +5 years working within a quality lead role either within a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics business. You will have a minimum Level 5 or equivalent in a quality management qualification.
