Based from their London office and reporting to the MD, this role is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, start-up environment and a key member of the Senior Leadership team during Maternity Cover.

Their platform provides their brand partners with a more effective way to access customers.

The role comprises of overseeing the Operations & Customer Service functions in order to:
- Manage a team of 20 (3 direct reports)
- Set annual strategy & budget
- Deliver against agreed targets/KPIs
- Manage strategic & commercial relationships with 3PLs
- Develop & improve operational processes
- Collaborate with all cross-teams - Marketing, Creative, Product and Buying/Merchandising

Essential:
- 2:1 Degree
- 6+ years of experience in Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain
- Experienced People Manager
- Experience in budget management
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent Organisation Skills
- Astute attention to detail
- Strategic Problem Solver
- Analytical thinker and data driven
- An experienced and inspirational leader

Preferred:
- Retail Operations background
- Customer Care experience
