This is an ambitious supply chain and logistics business with sites both in the UK and internationally. This role sits within the wider Sales and Business Development function working closely with Procurement and Engineering to identity new products, technology and propositions to bring through from research, commercialisation, marketing and sales.
The purpose of the role is to manage a team of New Product Managers into a cohesive and dynamic unit able to respond with pace, and develop unique and compelling propositions for this business to deliver into the market.
You will have a strong interest in research, development and getting out and about to source and evaluate niche products and technology in early phases. You will own the process of bringing the products into the business and will work closely with stakeholders including new suppliers and research establishments to bring products to market including appropriate approvals.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience and track record in product management
- Experience in developing commercial propositions and successfully bringing new products to market
- Experience of market research, analysis and modelling
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Can demonstrate experience of working in a senior role and successfully leading and managing a team
- Mobility to support specific assignments
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary between 50-60k depending on experience

This vacancy is based in Doncaster but there will be a requirement to travel to other divisional sites.
