This company are the market leading UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. They currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way. They are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join their expanding business.

Reporting to the Compliance Director you will be an integral part of shaping and bringing their Marketing Strategy to life. This role is quick-paced and multi faceted with a focus on several projects at any one time whilst also managing and leading a team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and coach a team to deliver business and team objectives
- Create and own the marketing plan through appropriate, proactive and timely multi-channel marketing campaigns that look to drive customer growth through acquisition and retention
- Champion the understanding of consumers behaviours & motivations to leverage growth, delivered through consumer-driven strategy & brand positioning
- Creating brand tone of voice and brand values
- Accountable for developing & delivering appropriate brand assets and campaign materials
- Support on social media strategy to ensure social is continuously growing and that content is progressive as well as engaging
- End to end project management; from ideas generation through to execution and measurement. Ensuring, timeliness of delivery and to budget
- Challenge and influence at a senior level the direction of the Brand, bringing ideas, inspiration and creative thinking
- Budget management and monthly reporting

Key Skills:
- Consumer brand experience
- Experience working and managing external partners
- Strong experience of planning and delivering campaigns and promotional activity
- Experience in fast paced environments (e-commerce & retail environments ideal)
- Deep understanding and experience of social media
- Experience financial planning, forecasting and budget control for large media budgets
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
- Strong planning and time management skills to enable effective prioritisation of many activities
- Focus on commercial results
- People leadership and management skills
- Exemplary organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure delivering in a fast paced environment and multiple, cross channel campaigns
- The ability to work at both an operational as well as strategic level
- Inclusive of being able to deliver on projects end to end on time

- Salary - £50,000 to £55,000
