Based at their Mirfield site you will lead and drive an energetic and exciting learning environment across all Camira sites in the UK and internationally, whilst ensuring that we work towards improving the knowledge; skills and behaviours needed to drive business results.

To lead the management development agenda, delivering increased leadership competency and meeting the succession needs of the business.

To lead, develop and coach all levels of employees to realise both personal and organisational goals through passionate commitment to the business strategy.

Skills required:
- A proven ability to write and develop tailored leadership development programmes which deliver tangible returns on investment.
- Significant experience in learning and development.
- To be an advocate of change with a proven track record of taking.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Certificate in Training Practice or part CIPD qualified.
- Experience in E-learning systems.
- Proven track record in developing capability.
- Proven track record ideally in an fmcg environment.
- Excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Power point.

- Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
- Passion, energy and aspiration in line with the brand and people values.
- Creative ability, thriving on change and keeping abreast of L&D technology, emerging development techniques and blended learning solutions.

Additional information:

Full driving licence required

This role will be based at their Head Office in Mirfield and will report directly to the Director of HR.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will influence the overall strategic direction of their people development programmes and be involved in projects outside the traditional remit of the role.
