Hours: 40 per week (08:00 - 17:00)

Responsibilities –
- Ensure their CCTV, Fire and Biometrics fleet is always operational
- Lead and drive Engineering Department
- Ensure technical compliance to BS8418
- Focussed on 1st Fixes and overall efficiencies of your team
Key Duties -
CCTV –
- Responsible for the movement and scheduling of all engineers in line with installations and servicing
- Keeping no connects below the agreed KPI
- Keeping fault levels below the agreed KPI
- Arrange installations, reconfigurations and decommissions.
- Arrange fault visits
- Auditing installations and service visits
- Uphold all SOP’s
- Contra Charging for call outs, broken and lost equipment are correctly raised.
- Weekly operations meetings, ensuring all outstanding issues are recorded and dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensure Installation prep work is carried out and that all equipment has been tested prior to fit.
- Ensure all decommed equipment is tested, cleaned and put back into stock.
- Ensure any damaged or missing equipment is charged to the Client.
- Vans are fully stocked for a first fix visit.
Biometrics -
- Responsible for ensuring that installations are carried our correctly whether it be a full turnstile module or a biometric tablet.
