We are a fun and dynamic marketing agency focused on the IT and telecoms market. We act as a virtual marketing office for clients delivering new and exciting strategies on a daily basis.

Our ideal applicant will be a Strategic and analytical digital marketing expert who is looking to enhance their career in a Head of Digital role. This is a hybrid position with time split between the office and working remotely.

You will be a member of the marketing team responsible for developing client digital strategies along with driving the Digital direction of the agency. You will be creating documents, campaign plans and executing your campaigns and be able to effectively work with the wider team and clients. You will also be required to develop and execute client’s inbound digital strategies, deliver them on time and exceed their goals.

THE ROLE
- Create inbound strategies and tactical plans for clients
- Understand marketing analytics and how to make these easy for the client to understand and how to use them to optimise your campaigns and enhance client ROI
- Grasp the commercials of the agency
- Lead the clients digital strategy
- Effectively time manage multiple projects
- Inbound & digital expert, add credibility in all aspects of agency life
- Lead the onboarding process on clients marketing platforms e.g. Hubspot
- Oversee paid activity and performance marketing- e.g Google Ads, Remarketing, LinkedIn etc.
- Oversee SEO efforts - e.g Link-Building for blog content, SEO Audits, general SEO maintenance of clients' websites (with support of Senior Digital Designer)
- Oversee the creation of all client reporting in partnership with the Marketing Team
- Innovate with new proposals and ideas for both clients + the agency with the goal of achieving objectives

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Solid knowledge of inbound channels (SEO, social media, content marketing, email and PPC) and inbound techniques (landing pages and marketing automation)
- Experienced in using HubSpot (or similar marketing automation software such as Marketo, Eloqua or Adobe)
- Provide strategy on these channels and discuss them with clients
- Analyse results using well known tools such as Google Analytics and provide solutions to improve or explain any changes
- Have a flexible approach to tasks and process change and willing to bring new ideas to the table
- Desire to build the agency in inbound marketing and drive the company vision and targets
- Experienced in leading the onboarding of new clients to HubSpot including - Technical setup, Persona development, Campaign planning and delivery, Creating Dashboards and Building Custom Reports
- Agency experience (desired)
- Paid Social Experience - LinkedIn, Twitter and FB
- Google Ads Experience
