This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative environment in a company that is about to launch its flagship product to the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the digital marketing efforts of the company during product launch, ramp-up and ongoing growth phases.

This is a new tech company that has developed a revolutionary new web-based portal that facilitates seamless integration within the rapidly and globally expanding DropShipping industry by bringing together online suppliers and online sellers in one automated platform.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage digital marketing campaigns
- Drive website traffic
- Running & reporting A/B testing
- Oversee paid search, PPC, SEO etc
- Optimise digital and social media strategies
- Managing online brand & product campaigns
- Conversion rate tracking & reporting
- Contribute to website usability, design and content
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions & competitor data
- Manage digital marketing budgets
- Attend conferences & seminars
- Monitor market trends, technologies, products and competitors
- Mentor team members to enable them to maximise their contribution and career development

Skills & Experience:
- 3-years digital marketing experience
- Advanced understanding of Adwords, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Gmail advertising
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing metrics and terminology, such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CRO, A/B testing
Strong analytical skills
- Genuine passion for digital and search marketing
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, problem-solver attitude, confident
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to ever changing industry trends and learn new concepts
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be viewed favourably

Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on experience
- 21 vacation days plus bank holidays
- Good transport links with nearby tube station (Harlesden)
