This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused Housing Consultancy business based in Warrington. They are people centred with a team of Project Management professionals with over 20 years combined housing development experience.
Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and develop the team of project development staff within the company
- To regularly and effectively monitor the quality of work produced by the project development team to ensure high levels of quality are maintained
- To put in place quality control measures and processes
- To assemble a training programme for development staff, based on the DPM
- To work closely with the MD and Business Manager to ensure excellence in their project delivery service
- To act as a senior representative of the business as required
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience of effective team management
- A proven track record of managing housing developments to an exceptional high standard and quality
- A proactive approach to work
- Ability in and experience of project management/housing development projects to time and budget
- Experience of housing association development activity across a range of tenures
- Proficiency in financial appraisals for development projects.
- A good understanding of, and experience in, risk management
- Knowledge of housing development issues for housing associations, developers and local authorities.
Salary range between £40k to £60k dependant upon experience.
