This is an opportunity to join a leading supplier of Fresh Brassica to major UK retailers and wholesale trade. Based in Benington near Boston, they are recognised as one of the best vegetable suppliers in the UK.
They are looking for a qualified Head Engineer to oversee and work within their factory operation in the maintenance, servicing and repairs of their packing machinery. The successful applicant should have some experience of working with Ulma’s, conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and basic 3 phase electrics.
Ideally, applicants will have the skills and knowledge to be able to maintain and organise the servicing of all factory machinery as well as the flexibility to support the production and factory requirements in case of breakdowns.
You will be required to keep accurate records and be able to deliver engineering best practices as well as following Health & Safety and food safety rules at all times. Applicants must be able to cover weekends in a team of 4 engineers
