This is an opportunity to join a new vibrant centre with a busy restaurant which serves brunch and lunch 7 days a week.
They are currently looking for a Head Chef at Oad Street Food and Crafts.
They are looking for an individual who is serious and driven about their work. They must be passionate and inspirational when it comes to food and have the skill set to match.
As head of the kitchen they must be a leader who leads by example and is able to motivate the other members of the brigade/restaurant team.

Experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef In a restaurant or busy day time restaurant for at least 2 years
As well as cooking, the head chef will need to have management skills such as team development and delegation. They will need to have have experience with budgets, planning and costings and be up to date with all E.H.O requirements
- 5 days a week 8am-4pm
- 26k - 30k
