Friendly and team working environment. A varied job role to include maintenance/repair works as well as grounds tidying and ground maintenance. Working with their clients/customers and in office premises.

The post holder will assist with variety of tasks or complete them on their own depending on experience and abilities. Types of work undertaken, eg: Grounds maintenance (grass cutting and hedge cutting); Waste removal from properties, setting up new properties with furniture packs, furniture removals;

Full UK driving licence is essential.
Experience not essential, however, a willingness to learn and gain skills in the maintenance and gardening field.
Applicants must also be willing to demonstrate a high standard of customer service.
