The Position
Applications are invited for a Grinder Operative at the Company’s Widnes Site. This is a full time permanent position, working shifts averaging 42 hours per week.
As a Grinder Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:
- To drive the Shovel Loader and Forktruck vehicles.
- Provide assistance in the Tipping procedures.
- To operate the Grinding Modules.
- Data logging of stocks.
- Undertake general maintenance duties.
- To ensure good housekeeping of Grinding plant areas.
The Person
- Be reliable and hard working.
- Shovel Loader / Forktruck License would be advantageous.
- Previous experience of working within a similar role or within a plant environment.
- Basic knowledge of engineering and process control.
- Be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
