Overall Responsibility / Purpose
As part of the in-house design team, you will support the Creative Director in creating print related documents and onscreen designs with high visual impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop the overall layout and design for advertisements, brochures,
magazines, and presentations.
• Designing packaging for various products and uses.
• Process, re-touch and manipulate images for presentations and
mock-ups.
• Be an organised team player, willing to pitch into maintain a good
workflow.
• Develop ideas and concepts into compelling visuals for presentations,
collateral and branding projects.
• Interpret needs, objectives and direction from multiple sources to
ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goals.
• Preparing artwork files/advertisements for print.
• Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely while quickly
applying feedback and direction as needed.
• Ensure you carry out your role in accordance with the Employee
Handbook
• Any other duties (commensurate with the post) as required by your
line manager

Essential attributes
• Design experience including page layouts, information graphics,
presentations and photo manipulation.
• Experience in packaging design.
• A creative flair and solid foundation of design, colour and layout
principles.
• Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign – must
have expert knowledge to ensure a productive workflow.
• A true team player with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills along with a
willingness to learn.
• Ability to produce quality work while meeting a multiple of
conflicting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise and manage work, adhering to project timelines.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced atmosphere.
• An affinity for current industry developments and design trends.
• Portfolio of work that shows examples of previous work.
• Possess a flexible attitude to working hours
• Minimum 2 years’ design experience
