Based in their Shrewsbury head office this is a full or part time Graphic Design position (minimum 24 hours per week) with further significant opportunities as the company grows. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with colleagues across the organisation.

You will have access to the full Adobe software suite and will be expected to showcase a portfolio of successful, eye-catching commercial design projects at interview stage.
You will need to be a confident communicator so you can share your ideas and visions with the team. You will be responsible for all print and digital design across the business. While brand guidelines are in place they want someone who can stretch the boundaries and search for new ways of executing designs and marketing material.

Key Responsibilities:
Create all graphic material for use across the Group companies.

This will include brand refreshes, email templates, website elements, social media graphics, adverts, brochures and flyers, posters, new business tenders, sales presentations, proposals, and insurance documents.

Person Specification

Essential
Software experience:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Professional
- Adobe Indesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro

Skills:
- Digital photo editing
- Vector graphic editing
- Setting up documents for print layout
- Typeface editing

Desirable (but not essential)
- Web design with HTML/CSS/Javascript

Professional experience:
- Working to tight deadlines
- Producing high-quality printed materials
- Producing high-quality web graphics
- Working directly with external clients
- Producing material with an emphasis on commercial viability
- Branding (including working with clients' branding and logos)
- Minimum one year’s previous graphic design experience
- Highest-quality English, both written and spoken;
- Enjoys managing multiple projects to tight deadlines, highly organised, strong work ethic;

Salary: £23,500-£27,000 dependent upon experience (Pro-rata if part time) + 6% Employers Pension Contribution + Loads of Staff Discounts, Gym Membership & Corporate Perks
