A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global leader award winning international real estate company. They are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced graphic designer with strong communication and copy skills, an ideas person that can produce exciting and engaging marketing materials for a global audience.

They are an online business and their shop front is everything. You would be responsible for html mailer design for lead generation, pdf brochure design, maintaining the website, designing a new one and maintaining their social media platforms.

You will be responsible for all aspects of showcasing and raising the profile of the company. You will work with their partners to plan and execute online marketing campaigns using a variety of online channels and techniques. You will be responsible for a marketing budget, planning and execution.

Full Time, London
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience

About the person:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a graphic design and copy role
- Extremely creative and ability to think on own feet
- Excellent verbal, written & communication skills, ability to negotiate
- Expert in digital and social media strategies
- Self-motivated, organised, energetic with a positive attitude
- Familiar with HTML design, WordPress, Unbounce, InDesign, Mailchimp & Photoshop
- The ability to work within budgets and sometimes tight deadlines
- To build & maintain strong & effective relationships with partners
- Extremely organised, detail oriented, can spot mistakes easily

You will be responsible for:
- Design html mailers, landing pages & brochures
- Oversee overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for new and existing products
- Ensure effective, branded marketing communications across a range of channels, including company website, social media and digital platforms
- Provide ongoing recommendations/strategies to improve lead quality and 3rd party partners
- Maintaining website look and feel
- Maintaining company reputation across all platforms
- Creating & maintaining social marketing for the company (facebook, twitter, Linkedin ect)
- Monitoring competitors, providing new ideas and recommendations
- Producing reports to evaluate marketing activity results
- Management of strategic marketing partnerships
