An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and creative individual to join our Digital team in
Kilmarnock on a full-time basis.

What’s Required
- Be responsible for all design work produced for our clients and in-house. This includes –
print material, banners, social media graphics and online advertising.
- Be responsible for the delivery of a variety of digital design work. This includes – Responsive
websites, App design, UI’s and email templates.
- Have a clear understanding of the Microtech Group and its sub brands. Understanding the
respective customer.
- Manage design jobs from concept through to final delivery ensuring work meets the client’s
needs.
- Meeting with clients and dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
- Ensure work is accurate and of good quality for digital and print.
- Source and prepare print costs for all design projects in conjunction with our Financial
Department.

Key Skills/Experience
- Degree or qualification graphic design or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, etc)
- A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms
- Managing and interpreting briefs
- Ability to work as part of team
- Highly creative and strong attention to detail
- Working to deadlines
- Good communicator
- Flexible and adaptive to new techniques
- Positive attitude

Desired skills, but not essential
- Sketch
- Wireframing – experience in creating flows user journeys
- UX design

Monday – Thursday: 9.00am-5.30pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
