They now have an opportunity for a highly ambitious graduate to train with them for a career as a Graduate Trainee Wealth Management Specialist. Wealth management combines thorough tax and financial planning with expert investment portfolio management.

The successful candidate will join their long established four-year graduate training programme, and will initially work under the direct supervision of one of the firm’s directors. In the early stages the duties of the Graduate Trainee Wealth Management Specialist will be predominately administrative in nature with the candidate becoming increasingly involved in the advice and investment process as their knowledge and experience develops. The successful candidate will be provided with full support and assistance in gaining the relevant professional qualifications.

Having gained their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, in years three and four the Graduate Trainee Financial Adviser will become actively involved in client meetings and the provision of advice under supervision. As their experience and knowledge grows they can expect to be advising clients whose investment and financial planning requirements are progressively more sophisticated.

The four year programme will begin on Monday 30th July 2018. The training will be structured to address the needs of the successful applicant and regular reviews will take place to highlight their specific development and training requirements.

There is a very competitive basic salary of £24,000 p.a. plus regular six-monthly bonuses.
