Graduate Trainee Financial Adviser £18,750-£22,500
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, vibrant and innovative business operating within the Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Mortgage and Employee Benefits sectors - committed to providing first class customer service and fast track growth and expansion. Their clients are some of the Uk's largest employers operating within both the private and public sectors.
As a vital member of their team, you will be based at their head office in Shrewsbury, working alongside a small team of very positive, experienced and dedicated Advisers.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of a 2:1 honours degree
- A confident and positive attitude! If you don't have oodles of enthusiasm - don't apply.
- A driving ambition - a passion and hunger for success – a desire to be judged by results within a true meritocracy.
- Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
- The ability to work independently and challenge effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to research and compile client reports.
The company will fully fund external training, self study and examinations - leading to a professional qualification.
Salary: £18,750-£22,500 (dependent upon qualifications), 6% Employers Pension contribution & a raft of other Amazing Benefits.
