This company is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Administrator for a prestigious/established law firm.

Key Projects throughout the Graduate Recruitment Cycle include:
Programme Management Support: PRIME/Bursary/Open Days/CMS First Steps/Brand Ambassador Programme/International Programme/Academy Planning and Coordination.

- Managing on boarding process for each programme
- First day induction planning and coordination
- Liaising with partners, associates, trainees and mentors
- Arranging briefings, workshops and presentations and organising social events
- Preparing and sending out joining instructions to students
- Preparing programme booklets/induction packs and documentation and distribution to both students and supervisors
- Managing off boarding process for each programme - ensuring salaries and expenses and invoices are paid
- Evaluating all feedback at the end of each programme/compile final feedback report for all programmes.

University Liaison/On Campus Milkround Season Support/Pre-event planning.
- Assessment and Selection Process Support.
- Arranging interviews and scheduling candidates
- Producing interview packs
- Liaising with our external providers to manage the psychometric testing process
- General filing, scanning and photocopying as required
- Organising and coordinating interview days and assessment centres as well as setting up and running exercises during assessment days
- Liaising with reception to block book rooms, catering etc.
- Finding replacement interviewers, trainees, candidates when cancellations occur
- Preparing daily and monthly pipeline reports as required
- Dealing with candidate expenses
- Producing offer packs
- Collecting passport/visa copies during the assessment day and updating candidate file accordingly
- Requesting and chasing references where needed
- Reviewing process and suggesting implementing improvements
- Evaluating commitment from interviewers and trainees. Ensuring that online filing is well organised and a folder for each candidate has been created (passports/visa documentation)

Work-based Competencies
- Ideally degree calibre. Minimum two ‘A’-levels
- Minimum 12 months previous office experience (desirably in graduate recruitment or administration)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, in particular in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience of working with an HR database is advantageous
- An interest in working in HR/Graduate Recruitment and Development.

- Excellent proven organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Systematic – Logical and implements new systems
- Ability to manage heavy workload and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible - willing to work additional hours when necessary in the peak graduate season
