Base salary £21k, this is the initial graduate starting base salary, an increase is guaranteed at incremental stages once the performance and KPI objectives have been met.
The incumbent will also have the opportunity to apply to take part in the B2B sales degree Training Programme

This company is looking for a positive and driven individual who will cover the West Midlands Region in a graduate sales role. The person must live within the patch.

The Graduate Sales Executive, for the New Build Residential, will have responsibility for the development of sales with nominated Housing Developers, Major Apartment M&E Contractors, Student Accommodation and Care Home Developers with new build programmes, using the current building regulations and Code For Sustainable Homes as a key sales tool.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure you effectively communicate within the framework of the sales operation, both in the New Build Residential environment, SHS, HEVAC and Distribution sister teams and the Crawley centre.
- To focus on delivering the mutually agreed general and personal objectives/ expectations
- To manage your key accounts account base utilising fully the company CRM package to maximum effect.
- Undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by your Manager.

KEY AREAS OF COMPETENCE

- Strong commercial and sales skills. Understands the sales cycle and can build value propositions to suit the customers needs.
- Strong technical skills. Grasps technical issues and can deliver solutions to suit the customers needs.
- Goals are achieved through effect use of time, Minimises travel to maximise time in front of customer. Has systems in place to prioritise activities and manage administrative workload.
- Understands and embraces teamwork, communicates effectively with MCS group. Uses resources in an appropriate way, shares information with colleagues.
- Understands win/win and the need to only give away when it makes commercial sense to do so by getting back commitment in return.
- Interpersonal Skills/Relationship building
- Can use CRM, Word, PowerPoint, Excel effectively for current role.
- Can build and present a Value Proposition using multimedia to a multi level organisation and make the message relevant to the differing needs of the audience.
