This company helps creative agencies find new business. They would like you to join their growing team.

They started four years ago in response to the lack of effective business development support for the UK’s creative sector, and now represent agencies from boutique consultancies to global networks, helping introduce them to new clients in all sectors both in the UK and internationally.

The Role

Starting as a full-time telemarketing role you will work with the directors to introduce their agencies to their future clients.

Initial duties include:

- Making initial introductions to key decision makers in order to arrange new business meetings.
- Following up with warms leads to maintain relationships and close deals.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
- Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Generating internal and external progress reports.

The right candidate will soon see themselves taking on more responsibility and growing within the company, attending new business presentations and being the point of contact for the agencies they represent.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, but as we are a small team there is nowhere to hide and we expect everyone to give 100% at all times - if you like to get lost in the crowd or are afraid to pick up the phone this probably isn't for you.

Culture

Their warehouse style office with on-site café is based between trendy Hoxton and edgy Dalston.

They know there’s more to life than work. That’s why when you join the company, you will be automatically enrolled onto their employee benefits and wellbeing platform that gives you free access to over 200 exclusive perks, including free mobile phone insurance, discounted cinema tickets and up to 8% off at 20,000 retail stores nationwide.

They have a casual and friendly atmosphere and our beer fridge is topped up every Friday with beers from around the country, meaning their office is better stocked than a lot of our local pubs!

The Candidate

You must be confident, hardworking, self-motivated, articulate, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This opportunity would suit anyone with an interest in either sales or in the creative industry as a whole.

If you think you’d be a good fit for their team, tell them why and include your CV. They are looking forward to hearing from you!
