The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is a 360 role where you are selling candidates to clients and vice versa. You will have your own clients to build relationships with and will then match them with your portfolio of candidates.
The role:
- Networking with industry professionals
- Meeting clients face to face to better understand their business
- Registering and interviewing candidates for jobs
- Advertising roles on job boards and through social media
- Successfully appointing professionals into jobs
Requirements:
- Hard working, ambitious, determined, motivated and confident
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build long lasting relationships
- Naturally competitive
£20,000 basic salary PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION
(Realistic OTE 1st year £30,000, 2nd year £45,000, 3rd year £65,000+)
This role is commutable from as far west Kent with trains coming directly into Cannon Street and London bridge.
Closest underground stations are Moorgate and Old street only 3/4 minute walk away.
