This city based Investment Management Firm is looking to recruit a Graduate Marketing and Investor Relations Assistant to join their growing team.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of Marketing and IR activities. It would suit a Graduate who has just entered the workplace and wants to start a career in Marketing and Investor Relations, within the Investment sector.
This role will include the following responsibilities;
- Assisting with the production and desptach of all investor reports/communications
- Maintaining and updating Investor Relations’ databases
- Archiving adviser and investor correspondence on CRM
- Writing certain investor and adviser emails and letters
- Responding to and managing investor enquiries/actions both pre and post-sale
- Assisting with investor relations and marketing associated administration
- Assisting with management of the investor data on the CRM system
- Assisting with ad hoc marketing activities as required, such as PowerPoint presentation updates
This a a Graduate level role and the successful person will be degree educated.
