The company are seeking a highly motivated, experienced marketing professional looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to shape and develop the Company’s marketing strategy and make a difference. They have multiple channels to market including large OEMs, card acquirers, Point of Sale Software vendors and distributors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s long-term marketing multi-channel strategy.. They will work closely with the Management and Sales teams to drive success. Responsibilities include:

- Develop the marketing strategy for the company
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with the international sales teams
- Own the company identity and brand
- Manage their online presence.
- Develop leads and measure ROI
- Create marketing materials - brochures, data sheets, animations, videos, blogs
- Control the Marketing budget
- Monitor effectiveness of marketing communications
- Manage social media
- Source and manage suppliers
- Assist with new product launches
- Work with partners to produce joint marketing collateral and / or campaigns
- Understand competitors’ positioning and propose ways to displace them
- Manage trade shows and stand creation
- Website management, SEO and PPC

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- B.A. or B.S. degree, ideally in business/marketing or the equivalent in work experience
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Strong analytical/project management skills
- Strong creative outlook
- Proficient in MS Office, CMS, Wordpress
- Experience managing print projects, digital/litho
- Knowledge of email marketing
- Experience of working in a business selling technology based solutions: hardware, services and integrated solutions into retail or hospitality a distinct advantage
- Ability to write short/long form copy
- Management of video/animation projects
- Experience managing a brand across all channels is desirable
- Knowledge of channel marketing would be a plus
- Exposure to the US market would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
