This well established, rapidly growing property Maintenance & Facilities Management Company is seeking well experienced Gas Engineers to cover breakdowns and servicing in the Westminster and Brent Area (postcodes W, NW, Central London)
Successful applicants will be issued with full uniform and PPE, mobile phone and company vehicle.

The position is a full time permanent salaried PAYE role (subject to a satisfactory probation period) 40hrs per week (Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break)
Plenty of Overtime and Out of Hour work available.
Applicants must hold full driving licence and permission to work in UK beyond 2019.
Applicants must be well experienced in Repairs (diagnostics and completion) & Servicing of a range of Domestic boilers. You must be polite and well-mannered with a helpful "will do" attitude, As these positions are for a contract for a large housing association we will perform a DBS check
Role will be a mix of repairing boilers, completing LGSR's and servicing boilers, repairing leaks (gas and water) and general plumbing/remedial works to heating systems (fitting magnetic filters, sealing flues, capping meters, cooker connections, fitting roomstats, timeclocks and/or programmers, replacement of radiators, valves, two ports, three ports and so on)
