45 hours per week, 10 from 14 days, including weekends.

Salary: Up to £19,000 PA, depending on experience

The Opportunity:
They are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join their Nottingham store, reporting into the Store Manager. This is a hands-on, shop floor-based role.

The main purpose of the role is to lead the Front of house team to ensure the store is operating in an efficient and effective operation, in a safe and legal manner and offering and delivering the highest standards of customer service. You will be dedicated to keeping customers at the forefront of everything you do, take ownership and pride in your work, have a proven track record of leading a team to success, be enthusiastic and have drive and ambition to be the best.

The Role:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be an ambassador for the company by engaging with customers to prevent/resolve customer issues and complaints, utilising their feedback to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Provide a professional service to customers with a hands-on approach to support the team where required
- Drive sales with key customers as identified by the store manager;
- Ensure that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times;
- Managing rotas, holidays and breaks for checkouts/security and front of house
- Delivering excellent customer service to all customers;
- Build customer relations on behalf of the store to drive sales;
- Monitor and respond to managers’ reports on performance.
- To ensure daily checks are completed in accordance with duty manager daily check list
- As a key holder you will be required to comply with security requirements when locking up and opening the store, in addition to on call on a rota with other managers for any security issues/breaches out of hours.

The Candidate:
The successful applicant must have the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing;
- Professional approach with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to procedures and train staff accordingly
- Fully competent in the use of all Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise workload and be flexible to meet changing demands
- Previous experience within a supervisor/manager role Essential
