To support the business in persuing its vision for growth they are now hiring a Fraud and Feedback Manager.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will work together to detect and prevent fraudulent activity in an international multi-channel environment, deciding on fraud prevention processes in new territories and marketplaces.

You will be responsible for screening incoming orders for fraud risk and implementing new fraud rules through analysis of fraud patterns.

Your experience of managing partners and providers will enable you to quickly build positive working relationship with partners including the 3rd party screen tool provider, paypal and Amazon.

You will investigate and maintain a database of chargebacks and create monthly reports showing cancellation levels and reasons, and constantly monitor 3rd place marketplace performance levels.

As excellent customer service is key to their success you will respond effectively to feedback recieved on review sites and marketplaces.

Your abilities, skills and experience will include:
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative and demonstrate a resourceful approach to problem solving
- Ablility to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- A flexible approach and ability to react quickly to change
- Strong analytical skills– ability to spot trends and identify unusual patterns of behaviour
- Extreamly high level of attention to detail
- The ability to effectively collaborate with other departments to deliver a great customer experience
- Online fraud experience working for an international retailer
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An understanding of online payment processing and chargebacks
- Experience using in-house or 3rd Party fraud and payment systems
- Knowledge and experience of using tools and techniques to identify and prevent online fraud
- High level of PC literacy – Excel pivot tables and Look-ups, SQL queries.
- An understanding of store payment processing and fraud prevention processes, including chargebacks
- Knowledge of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) regulations
