Due to growth and expansion of the company, a position has arisen to work within their flights department. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with their sales staff to give estimated flight prices for quoting purposes. You will offer help and advice regarding routes, destinations and timetables and provisionally hold seats with airlines to secure the best fares. You will make the necessary deposit and balance payments to airlines and submit names and API. You will make name changes, add luggage and arrange specialist assistance.
This role would suit somebody who has exceptional attention to detail, enjoys an admin based role and working with lots of data. The successful candidate must be able to enter information accurately yet in a timely manner.
There are lots of deadlines to monitor therefore you must be organised with excellent time management skills.
Salary is around £17,000 p/a - They would consider part time hours. They offer 25 days annual leave allowance, contributory pension scheme and a great social environment.
The office is located in Colwick, just 3 miles outside of Nottingham city centre. They are serviced by excellent public transport links to the city.
