Fleet Systems Service Engineer
- South West England
- £22,500 to £30,000, depending on experience. plus additional weekend working allowance and overtime
- Full time

The company is a specialist provider of tailored solutions to the transport industries, solving complex operational requirements both on and off the vehicle. They are looking for a technically capable field service engineer experienced in automotive systems to join their growing technical team. A knowledge of CCTV IT/IP systems will be an advantage.

Through their on-board IT systems, communications and software, supported by its own nationwide service and support teams they provide the end to end services that complete the connected journey.

Examples of on-board technologies, include telematics, Wi-Fi, vehicle & driver performance monitoring, CCTV and passenger counting systems all of which enhance safety for passenger, drivers and members of the public.

Main duties:
- Respond to reactive service calls, returning fleet CCTV and ancillary systems to a fully operational state.
- Carry out routine maintenance, fault-finding, repairs & system audits
- Install, upgrade and commission systems on-vehicle and in depots
- Complete updates & reports on a daily basis
You will be working as part of a team of engineers, mainly in fleet (bus) depots throughout the region on night shifts.
Attainments/Education/Experience:

Experience in:
- Installation and maintenance of ancillary electronic vehicle systems, with an in depth knowledge of CCTV.
- Familiar with setting up, repairing PC’s and networking.
- Recognised qualification in a related technical subject
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
