Fixed Term HR Project Manager - Doncaster with travel (M1 Corridor)
This Company is looking for a fixed term HR professional for a 6 month period to work within a busy HR environment providing a generalist service to a number of areas within its diverse organisation and overseeing a number of smaller change management initiatives.
The person should have a strong track record in HR delivery including employee relations, reward and recognition, payroll management, TUPE, employee engagement and initiatives relating to organisational capability. It is important that you have the ability to pick up what is in the in tray with minimal supervision.
Graduate CIPD as a minimum. Ideal MCIPD.
Essential for the assignment - Able to hit the ground running and fit into a wider team, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, attention to detail in all administration activity, be self managed to achieve project deadlines and time frames. Collaborative in approach.
