One of the South East's leading motor retailers has an exciting opportunity for a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join their busy Vauxhall dealership in Maidstone on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant, calm and polite telephone manner and be able to deal with a variety of customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, with strong inter-personal skills, coupled with an outgoing personality, and the ability to confidently communicate with customers to deliver a service that exceeds expectations
Basic computer skills are essential for our computerised call logging system.
Switchboard experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.
