This company is the UK’s largest used motorcycle dealership and due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are now looking for a Finance Adviser to join their expanding team in Macclesfield

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading company in a fast moving and busy office environment, contributing to the overall success of a high performing organisation working in their specialist Finance Team.

The role is critical to the success of the business, so you must have previous telesales experience and an excellent phone manner as this is a busy role.

Responsibilities and Duties
The role involves working in a highly targeted sales environment, dealing with incoming online applications from customers who are looking for motorbike finance.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of customers interested in acquiring motorcycle finance
- Ensure your calls are compliant and adhere to FCA regulations, guaranteeing the best and fairest outcome for your customers
- Working to daily, weekly & monthly personal and team targets.

Working Week:
Monday – Friday plus every alternate Saturday.

About you:
- A track record in achieving sales targets & KPIs (sales or telesales experience)
- Have a strong, professional work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet sales targets
- Be self-motivated, target driven & results orientated.
- Have strong people skills
- Be eager to learn and work as part of a team.
- Be a clear and precise communicator.

What you will need to be successful:
- A fast thinking, proactive and confident approach to customer service / sales.
- Competitive attitude with a resilience and determination to succeed.
- Previous experience in Motor Finance or the Financial Sector is looked on favourably but not essential.

Targets are realistic and achievable, so capable agents can comfortably over achieve and be very successful in this role.
