Finance Manager

This is an unique Business providing outsourced financial control and directorship to a number of growth Business. Their Clients operate in such sectors as Technology, online retail, Property rental and development, insurance and currency, wholesale, and others, and are predominantly SME’S growing rapidly in both size and number.

As well as offering Financial Directorship/Control they also provide commercial services, such as, Business cases, financial modelling, reporting, KPI’s, Data analysis, Data visualisation and strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities (for multiple clients/companies):

- Client relationship management
- Month end procedures and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of annual year end accounts / audit
- Liaising with Auditors/Accountants, Book Keepers, etc
- Cost tracking for property development projects
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly cash flow forecasting and tracking
- Review VAT Returns & Payroll / CIS
- Data analysis
- Financial modelling
- Investment appraisal and monitoring
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts to a high level of accuracy and presentation.

Skills and Experience:
- This role would suit a dynamic and self-motivated individual, who believes attention to detail is paramount.
- You will ideally have a number of years of accounting experience, together with a full or part qualification of a recognised accounting body Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- Good commercial awareness, tenacity, excellent IT and Advanced Excel skills as well as use of Xero or other cloud-based accountancy systems.
- Managing relationships with primary stakeholders, mainly clients and external accountants
- Presenting financial information to Senior Management and Clients

They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The role will be based in their modern Head Office in Manchester, with some travel to clients in the greater Manchester area.

The office is Located in Swinton, just a 5 minute walk from Swinton Railway Station and also benefits from free on site secure Car parking facilities. A discounted valeting service visits regularly.
