One of the leading Train Engineering Businesses in the UK is looking for a highly experienced Finance Director to manage the next stage of their exciting period of growth.
Based at their head office in Kilmarnock, they employ over 100 people and pride themselves in their innovative approach and quality of their work. This company offers a comprehensive range of refurbishment, maintenance, overhaul, engineering support, project management and repair services to the UK rail and light rail sector, focusing on passenger trains, passenger trams, specialist infrastructure vehicles as well as general material and equipment supply.
They are looking for no ordinary Finance Director, you will be not just be managing the financial health and reporting but as part of their senior leadership team, provide the independent observation and analysis of activities that support the overall strategy of growth for the business, offering strategic advice and managing programmes of change.
You will be professionally qualified and have the proven experience in a fast growing SME in the Engineering, Rail or Manufacturing sectors.
