- A demonstrably impressive track record of a successful board level career in finance
- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Be passionate about working with early stage businesses and young CEOs
- Excel at forming new relationships and earn credibility and trust quickly
- Have confidence and gravitas, commercial awareness and business experience
- Experience with transactions - fundraising, M&A, IPO, restructuring, trade sales etc
- Excellent financial modelling and presentation skills
- Strong IT skills and an up to date understanding of new technologies
