- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with an appropriate degree. MBA would be ideal
- Demonstrable experience in similar Board level roles, and in leading and developing team members
- Excellent commercial and strategic awareness to contribute to business expansion plans
- Excellent financial modelling skills and communicating financial matters to non finance staff
- Experience of contributing to strong growth, particularly in successfully launching new and existing products into new markets
- Experience of fundraising and acquisitions
