Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate and timely recording of all supplier invoices within the system
- Ensure supplier statement reconciliations are completed and any variances resolved
- Ensuring creditor payments are signed off and weekly payment runs are successfully executed
- Daily posting of customer bank receipts
- Bank account, credit card and petty cash reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of the month end management accounts
- Prepare and post monthly journals, prepayments, accruals and internal re-charges
- Provide support and cover to other areas of finance as appropriate
Ideal candidates will have gained AAT, will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within an accounts-based role and be seeking to take the next step in their career to strengthen skills and take on greater responsibility.

- Strong Excel skills, including pivot table reporting
- Confident when dealing with customer and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
